This being that there will be no refund or Pro-Rata cancellations of the subscription.
a)Fitness and Nutrition Services / Digital Services ( LMS) – Any memberships/sessions/classes bought by You are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and Non-transferable.
b)With regards to payments, the Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our Platform using Your payment card or internet banking etc. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
c)All purchases made through the Applications or on the WebApp shall be deemed to be final and any change in the final purchases shall be, as per the refund policy, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and non-transferable.
It is given that disputes with regard to purchases made can be raised by writing your concerns down at support@sportylife.in.
